Add all the ingredients together with the custard sauce, except the butter, put it into a bread bucket, and knead it with oil until it expands. (Instructions for the custard sauce include: 1 egg yolk + 10g sugar + 15g flour + 65g milk. Stir evenly and heat over low heat. Stir while heating until thick, then remove from the heat and refrigerate for more than 1 hour. You can make it at night and keep it in the refrigerator.)

Ferment until doubled in size

Take out the chopping board to exhaust air

Divide into 6 portions, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes

Shape the package~

Carry out the second fermentation, and then brush with egg yolk after it has doubled in size.

Place in a preheated 180-degree oven, middle rack, for 20 minutes
