Japanese Shredded Salad

I am very lucky to be able to try out the Kyubey series products. I would like to thank the manufacturer and Xiaoxiao for their love. I got so many flavors of salad dressings and salad dressings at once, and I didn’t know where to start. Let’s try making a shredded salad with Qianzhang first. This dish is super simple, tastes good and looks great. The threads are chewy and the cucumbers are crisp. It is suitable as a cold dish for banquets or as a side dish with porridge.

After the water in the pot boils, add Qianzhang and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove.
