Overview
Cooking scallions and eggs together is a simple and traditional home-cooked dish. The simplest way is to chop the scallions and stir-fry the eggs evenly. Add a little salt and balsamic vinegar to eggs and beat into egg liquid.

Wash the green onions and cut into pieces.

Heat oil and pour in egg mixture. Fry over medium-low heat. Fry until the egg liquid is solidified, then set aside.

Leave oil in the pan and add green onions. Stir-fry on high heat.
