Fried rice with chive sauce
Overview
Fried rice is a very versatile staple food, and there are many dishes that can be quickly fried with rice! What I did this time was different from usual. There were two differences. First, it adds the fresh flavor of leeks; but it adds mushroom beef sauce, which adds a rich sauce flavor! These new experiences make me full of endless expectations for life! How can a person who loves life not innovate? Although some attempts are simple, there will be unique results every time! Over time, you will love yourself and life more!

Mushroom meat sauce is reserved (you can also replace it with other sauces you like)

Cut the potatoes, carrots, and cucumbers into small dices; cut the onions and leeks into small pieces; break the eggs into a bowl and set aside!

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, heat the oil, add the chopped green onion, add soy sauce, then add the diced carrots and potatoes and stir-fry for about three minutes, add the mushroom meat sauce and stir-fry evenly!

After the potatoes and carrots are cooked, add the leeks, diced cucumbers and previously fried eggs and continue to stir-fry for a while. Add the remaining rice and stir-fry evenly!
