French fries
Overview
There are a lot of new potatoes at this time of year, and the old man drives here from his hometown to sell them. Although they are a little smaller, they are so fresh that I couldn’t help but buy some and take them home, trying to make potatoes in a new way! Let’s make some French fries today.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel the potatoes and cut into long strips. Soak in cold water for 2 minutes and change the water twice to rinse away the starch on the surface.
-
Put the prepared potato strips into boiling water, add a small spoonful of salt, cover the pot and cook for about 3 minutes.
-
Then pick it up and place it in a drain pan to dry. This way there will be no oil splashing when frying. It’s a pity to put the dried French fries in a plastic bag and put them in a quick-frozen layer, so you can eat and fry them when you need them!
-
Put oil in the pan, wait until the oil temperature is about 60 degrees, then put the fries into the oil pan
-
Fry until golden brown and take it out!
-
Put on a plate, sprinkle with a little fine salt and squeeze a plate of tomato sauce. Eat it while it's hot, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside! Beautiful!
