【Gansu】Potato Golden Sand Balls
Overview
The potatoes I bought online a few years ago were potatoes from Dingxi, Gansu Province. Since there were a lot of them, I thought about how to make a series of potato dishes, such as hot and sour potato shreds, cold shredded potatoes, and potato chips. As I ate, I wanted to make a different dish. I wanted to make shredded potatoes, but it was troublesome to put them away. Steam them first. We have condensed milk, milk, and glutinous rice flour at home. Crush all the steamed potatoes into mashed potatoes, and then divide them into three parts. One part adds condensed milk and glutinous rice flour; one part adds milk and glutinous rice flour; the last part is plain. Then put them into three food bags, tie the bags tightly, and put them in the refrigerator. I made it the day before yesterday. I was originally going to make it and eat it yesterday, but I had something to do at home yesterday, so I had to take out the condensed milk portion and fry it today. I didn't expect it to be very soft and delicious. Very happy!
