Add powdered sugar to the egg yolks and stir evenly.

The egg white turns white in color.

Sift together the baking powder and cake flour and add to the egg yolk batter.

Mix well and do not stir for too long to prevent the batter from forming gluten. Add milk according to the condition (if the batter is not too thin, there is no need to add it). When the mixture is well stirred, use the spatula to form a thick consistency with intermittently dripping inverted triangles. It should not be too thin or too thick.

Put into piping bag. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Use a scraper to push the egg batter to the mouth of the piping bag.

Place spaced on the baking sheet. There will be a small point when you squeeze it onto the baking sheet at first, that's okay, it will become round after a while.

Place in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Keep an eye on one side for it to burn.
