Heat the cold oil in the pot and fry the rice in the two bowls separately. Fry the egg yolk with the rice first. When frying the egg white with the rice, it will stick to the pot easily. Add more oil and stir fry quickly. Do not forcefully scrape off the rice stuck on the pot, as the rice will affect the appearance. When frying the rice, add some salt, chicken essence and five-spice powder, and add some chopped green onion to the egg white with the rice. After frying, put it on a plate. Use a rice spoon to arrange it into a heart shape. If you don't have a heart-shaped plate, you can also use a round plate.
