Creative winter melon balls
Overview
My winter melon is usually used to make pork ribs and winter melon soup or stir-fry winter melon slices. Today I changed the way I eat it and made creative winter melon balls with Heinz ketchup.

Prepare a piece of winter melon.

Use a baller to scoop out the winter melon balls.

Heat the wok, add oil, and sauté the chopped green onions until fragrant.

Add the winter melon balls and a small amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, add the stock and bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer for a while.

Take out the stewed winter melon balls and set aside.

Prepare a small bowl and add oyster sauce, chicken essence and tomato sauce.

Add water and mix well.

After the wok is heated, pour in the prepared tomato sauce and winter melon balls, and stir-fry quickly over high heat until the sauce evenly adheres to the winter melon balls.

Picture of the finished product, the taste is sour and sweet mixed with the umami flavor of oyster sauce, which is quite delicious.
