  1. Prepare ingredients, cut taro into small cubes

  2. Heat a small pot, heat peanut oil, sauté chili pepper, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add all the seasonings and bring to a boil over low heat

  3. Place the taro on a plate and steam until cooked, about 10 minutes
