Braised horse fish
Overview
Horsefish, also called needlefish, grows in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea basins. It has a slender body, bright skin, no phosphorus, a pointed and long mouth, and a high yield. It is an economic fish. The taste is pretty good and the meat is very tender.

Wash the horsefish.

Chop onions, ginger, garlic, and onions.

Mix the above together with salt and cooking wine, and mix in the horsetail fish to marinate it for flavor.

Roll the marinated horsefish in dry flour.

Fry in oil pan until slightly brown.
