Overview

Horsefish, also called needlefish, grows in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea basins. It has a slender body, bright skin, no phosphorus, a pointed and long mouth, and a high yield. It is an economic fish. The taste is pretty good and the meat is very tender.

  1. Wash the horsefish.

  2. Chop onions, ginger, garlic, and onions.
