Copycat Oreo Sandwich Cookies
Overview
The idea of copycat Oreos has been around for a long time, and once it was approved, it was quickly included in the schedule. I used a recipe from a Texas farmer and increased the amount of sugar. The filling is transplanted from Junzhi's condensed milk and honey filling. There was no way to imitate the pattern of Oreo, so Oreo letters were printed on the surface of the cookie. However, this letter also faded away in the baking.
