Stir-fried pork belly with green onions
Overview
It’s Chinese New Year. Although there are a lot of food to choose from, I still prefer pork belly. I don’t feel bored by cooking it in different ways. This is the last dish before the Lunar New Year. I hope my cooking skills will be greatly improved after the New Year. I wish that delicious food will become more and more popular in the world, and that everyone in the world will be healthy and their families will be happy!

Pork belly, green onion, red pepper

Take a pot, boil water, add pork belly

Slice the cooked pork belly, slice the red pepper, and cut the green onion into sections

Heat the pan, add 2 tablespoons of peanut oil and pork belly

Fry the pork belly until shiny, set aside for later use

In the original pot, add a little oil, saute onions and red pepper slices
