Prepare materials

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and peel off the old skin

Wash and set aside

Chop chives and garlic

Wash the pot, heat it, pour in appropriate amount of oil, add onions and half of the minced garlic until fragrant

Add cauliflower and stir-fry

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

Add 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce and salt and continue to stir-fry

Stir-fry until the cauliflower is cooked and soft, add oyster sauce and remaining minced garlic and stir-fry evenly
