Fried chicken gizzards
Overview
I didn't plan to eat at noon, so I came in and looked at the delicious food everyone made. I still couldn't stand it, so I rushed downstairs to buy some chicken gizzards and cooked them. Since I was in the dormitory, I cooked in secret. After I finished cooking, I hid the pot. Last time I went to buy flour, I met the dormitory manager, who asked me: Do you cook? Why buy flour? I had an idea and answered: Haha, I use it to make facial masks. Sweat! I hope she believes it (yesterday I saw the dormitory manager taking away 4 pots, and I don’t know who was gunning for it again.

Ingredients
Steps
-
You buy chicken gizzards cut into pieces. Soak them in water to remove blood and impurities
-
After washing, marinate with a little salt, cooking wine and oil for fifteen minutes (I don’t think the ginger needs to be fried in oil, just put it directly in the chicken gizzards)
-
Cut the green pepper into shreds and put it into the pot, stir-fry it with oil, cut it into pieces, and set it aside
-
After the oil in the pan is hot, add the star anise and stir-fry until fragrant
-
Add chili and chicken gizzards, stir-fry, add a little dark soy sauce, (to add color) light soy sauce
-
Add minced garlic, green onions, a little oil, salt and sugar
-
Add the green peppers that you started frying, add a little water starch to thicken it, and it’s ready to serve
