Slice the ginger and garlic, wash the tomatoes, blanch the tomatoes in boiling water if time allows, peel and cut into pieces. Prepare the other ingredients as shown in the picture. Just make sure the batter is just wet enough to prevent the chopsticks from falling off. You can control it yourself (if you like it to be shredded, you can add less water to make the dough smaller and dry). Generally, one bowl of batter will yield two bowls. The beef used is frozen sliced cooked beef in the refrigerator, so there is no need to defrost it in advance.
-
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the ginger and garlic slices until fragrant. Stir-fry the tomatoes until they become soft and tender. This will make the soup more delicious.
-
Stir-fry the tomatoes and add a bowl and a half of water. I made it for two people. After boiling, lumps start to form on the bottom. Tilt the bowl, use chopsticks to hold the edge of the bowl and cut out the batter strips one by one. Put them into the pot, try not to overlap them. After the next part, use a frying spoon to scoop it to prevent it from sticking to the pot, and then continue...

Here's another one, can you see it clearly? Hee hee
-
After adding all the gnocchi, cook the frozen beef slices together and season with salt
-
After the pot is turned on again, pour a thin layer of egg liquid evenly into the whole pot without stirring. When the egg droplets appear, turn off the heat, sprinkle in minced coriander and a small amount of sesame oil, and it's done.

I don’t have coriander at home this time, otherwise the picture would be more beautiful haha
