Overview
When I was a student, I went out to eat with my classmates and thought that fish-flavored shredded pork was a quite luxurious dish. Later, when I started a family, I thought this was a troublesome dish. But actually doing it is quite simple. Probably, each dish carries some memories of your time.

Cut the lean meat into shreds, add salt and starch and mix well.
