  1. Use a round cookie cutter to cut the winter melon into circles and set aside;

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add winter melon and stir-fry;

  3. When the winter melon is stir-fried until golden brown, add broth or water and cook (I used beef broth from the pot next to it);

  4. Add Lee Kum Kee Tiancheng Premium Fresh Soy Sauce;

  5. Add Lee Kum Kee steamed fish with soy sauce to reduce the soup;

  6. Remove the heads, remove the sandy lines from the prawns and wash them;

  7. Bring a small pot of water to a boil, add onions, ginger and shrimps and cook until ready;

  8. Plate the winter melon, place the shrimps on top of the winter melon and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
