Shrimp tail and winter melon cup

Braised winter melon with shrimp tails, one shrimp per piece, a very simple and quick dinner party dish.

Use a round cookie cutter to cut the winter melon into circles and set aside;

Heat oil in a pan, add winter melon and stir-fry;

When the winter melon is stir-fried until golden brown, add broth or water and cook (I used beef broth from the pot next to it);

Add Lee Kum Kee Tiancheng Premium Fresh Soy Sauce;

Add Lee Kum Kee steamed fish with soy sauce to reduce the soup;

Remove the heads, remove the sandy lines from the prawns and wash them;

Bring a small pot of water to a boil, add onions, ginger and shrimps and cook until ready;

Plate the winter melon, place the shrimps on top of the winter melon and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
