Beat the eggs, add a spoonful of salt and mix thoroughly and set aside

Chop the leeks and put them into the egg liquid

Cut the tofu into cubes and roll it into the flour first, then roll it in the leek egg liquid and evenly coat it with the leek egg liquid

Pour into the oil pan and fry slowly over medium-low heat

Flip over and continue frying for about 1 and a half minutes

After frying the second side for a minute and a half, turn to the lowest heat and fry both sides for a while longer before placing on a plate
