  2. Use a fork to poke many holes in the ribs, or use a knife to make a few cuts on the mucous membrane of the ribs. Then prepare a large plastic bag and put the ribs and mixed sauce into it. Put it in the refrigerator (refrigerator, not the freezer) and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.

  3. Preheat the oven at 220 degrees. Take out the ribs, take out the sauce separately, and mix the sauce and water starch. Then spread the tin foil on the baking sheet, first brush a layer of oil on the tin foil, then pour some sauce on it, put the ribs down (the white mucous membrane side is up, the meat is down, forming a U shape), and then brush the sauce on the ribs.

  4. Then wrap the entire ribs with tin foil.

  5. Place in the middle rack of the oven at 220 degrees and cook for 40 minutes.

  6. Take out the ribs, open the tin foil, add the remaining sauce with dark soy sauce, brush with the sauce, and bake for another 20 minutes. Then open the tin foil, place the sliced onions and the remaining chopped green onions under the ribs, then remove the upper layer of tin foil, turn the ribs over in an N shape, with the white mucous membrane facing down and the meat facing up. Then put it in the upper middle rack of the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

  7. After 10 minutes, take out the ribs, brush with the last layer of honey, and bake for another 5 minutes, and you’re done!

  8. After it is served, cut it into strips and eat it on the spot. It is very enjoyable and delicious! The onions and spring onions placed under the ribs absorb enough of the meat juice, making them super sweet and delicious! Paired with the slightly greasy grilled pork ribs, perfect~~~
