Braised mushrooms
Overview
The mushrooms have a slightly bitter taste, so some people don’t like to eat them, but there are many people who do. The best partner with the mushrooms is pork. The roasted pork with mushrooms should be a very common home-cooked dish! But in fact, braised mushrooms without meat are also very delicious and have high nutritional value. My husband and I both love it.
