Bean Paste Flower Bread
Overview
For bread with ingredients, you can add any fillings you like to make the bread more delicious and the texture more attractive. My favorite is red bean paste, I never get tired of eating it!

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except butter into a bread machine and knead it into a smooth dough. Add butter cut into small pieces and continue kneading until it reaches the expansion stage. Let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size
-
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 15 to 20 minutes
-
Prepare the bean paste filling
-
Take one of the dough and roll it into a round dough piece that is the same as the bottom of the 8-inch mold. Place oiled paper on the bottom. Apply a layer of bean paste filling evenly on the dough piece. Leave one centimeter of the edge unsmeared. In the same way, roll it into a round shape and spread bean paste on it. Do not spread the bean paste on the top layer
-
Use a spatula to gently press out eight equal parts of the mark
-
Grease the knife and cut it into pieces as shown, do not cut in the middle
-
Each two adjacent parts form a group and are twisted towards each other to form a flower shape
-
Relative twist
-
Move into an eight-inch mold
-
Ferment again in a warm and humid place until doubled in size
-
Take out the surface and brush it with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds, put it in the middle of the preheated oven, and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
