Remove the heads and threads from the shrimps, wash them and set aside

Heat up the pan and add oil (more oil than usual for cooking). When the oil is hot, add the green onions, shredded ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

Sauté the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add the prawns and fry until they change color

Use a bowl, add a tablespoon of soy sauce, a little salt, a little sugar, mix well and set aside

After the shrimp changes color, add the prepared juice and simmer for 2.3 minutes before serving
