Orleans Grilled Chicken Wings
Overview
There was a time when I really wanted to eat grilled chicken wings, so I bought Orleans marinade and a pound of chicken wings. I cooked them myself. If I didn’t have an oven, I used a microwave and grilled them freshly. The taste is no worse than the ones outside

Steps
-
Soak chicken wings in water to remove ice and wash
-
Cut off the base of the wings and use only the center of the wings and the tips of the wings. You can also bake them together. Use toothpicks to poke holes all over the chicken wings for easy flavoring
-
Add a little water to the Orleans marinade and mix evenly, apply it on the chicken wings, and massage the chicken wings for a while to enhance the flavor. Close the lid of the crisper and put it in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours
-
I marinated it the night before and baked it at noon the next day
-
Brush oil on the surface of the chicken wings, put them in the microwave, use the grill function to bake for 6 minutes, then take them out and flip them over, brush a layer of sauce, and bake for another 6 minutes

Put it on the plate. Mine is a Galanz microwave oven, which uses microwave and light waves to bake alternately. Different microwave ovens may use different times
