Tomato broth
Overview
The tomato meat soup has the sour taste of tomatoes and the soup is thick. The meat tastes smooth and tender, not greasy, and the soup is appetizing. You can also replace the smooth meat with meatballs.

Steps
-
Wash the prepared materials and set aside
-
Slice the lean pork and tomatoes (if you like the tomato soup thicker, cut it thinner) and cut the green onions into minced pieces
-
Add starch and salt to the pork and mix evenly. This is the key to smooth meat. The starch should be dry and make sure every piece of meat is wrapped in starch slurry. In my hometown, I use sweet potato starch. Sweet potato starch is the most delicious when making smooth meat.
-
Add a little cooking oil to the pot, when the oil is hot, add ginger and tomatoes and stir-fry
-
Fry the tomatoes until they release their juice, then add water and cook
-
After the water boils, add the meat slices. If the meat slices stick together, don't worry about them as long as they are not too big. Just put them in together. At this time, turn down the fire. If the fire is too high, the starch will be washed away
-
After adding the meat slices, let it sit for a minute. Make sure the starch is boiled by the water and then stir it. Add salt and chicken essence to the soup and cook for another three to four minutes.
-
Just sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving
