Scallion pancake
Overview
I made many kinds of pancakes this weekend, each with different tastes. They are very popular among my family. This scallion pancake is very beautiful in color, embellished with some green scallions, and tastes strong and delicious.

Mix flour with warm water

Let the dough rise for 20 minutes

Chopped green onion

Hot fry the scallion oil and set aside

Roll the dough into thin sheets

Sprinkle a layer of chopped green onion on top

Add scallion oil, spread it flat, and roll it up
