Remove the shells from the bamboo shoots and wash them.

Cut into thin slices.

Boil it in water, then soak it in cold water for about half an hour.

Wash the green and red peppers and cut into rings.

Heat oil in a pan, add green and red peppers and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the soaked bamboo shoot slices and stir-fry for one minute. Add a little salt and stir-fry evenly before turning off the heat.
