Chive-flavored dried eggs
Overview
The dried eggs have a delicate and tender texture, and seasonings such as white sugar, edible salt, soy sauce, and five-spice powder are added during the production process, so there is no need to make it too complicated. Pair it with fried chives, garlic paste and crushed peanuts, and it is fragrant! The boring taste buds are opened like this!

Steps
-
A large collection of main and auxiliary ingredients~ I use peanuts made by myself, but you can also use alcoholic peanuts, but you cannot use raw peanuts, they have no fragrance.
-
Place the egg stem flat, hold the left side of the egg stem with your hand, and push the knife (sharpened a little sharper) horizontally to the left (be sure to be steady). Do not push or pull, otherwise the egg stem will be easily broken. Please be brave here, the knife will not cut your hand
-
It should be about this thickness, not too thin, otherwise it will break easily when mixing.
-
Arrange them one by one and cut into strips!
-
Cut the leeks into florets. Peel and crush peanuts, mince garlic.
-
Add a little salad oil, sauté the leeks and minced garlic until fragrant, let cool, add sugar and white vinegar and mix well, then add dried eggs and crushed peanuts and mix well.
-
Finally, add a few drops of sesame oil to enhance the fragrance and brighten the color, then serve on a plate!
