Hamburger
Overview
After moving the oven back, I cook basically every day. My daughter can now eat the safe breakfast I made every day, and she will never repeat the monotony of noodles, noodles, noodles. She was so happy. I saw someone else making steak yesterday, so I wanted to make her a hamburger! Unfortunately, I got off work late and couldn't buy good beef, so I bought pork to make meatloaf!

-
Chop the pork, add cooking wine, salt, oil, and pepper, stir well and beat lightly, add cornstarch, grasp well, roll into balls, add oil to the pan, put the meat balls in, and flatten. Brown on both sides!
-
Sift high flour and low flour, add yeast that has melted into milk, add eggs, knead the dough with oil, roll out the dough, let it double in size for the first time, deflate it, shape it, put it in the oven to ferment for the second time, take it out, brush it with egg wash, and add sesame seeds. Go to the oven at 175 degrees, then 200 degrees for 17 minutes and 2 minutes for coloring.
-
Cut the bread open, put lettuce, patties, cheese slices, tomato slices, cucumber slices, onion rings, and lettuce in order, and stack them.

I was in a hurry in the morning and forgot to fry an egg. If you like, you can fry an egg and sandwich it in the middle!
