Use a kitchen towel to absorb the water from the Longli fish. Sprinkle some salt, black pepper, and a little sugar evenly, and then grab it.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, green onion and ginger, mix well.

Add lemon slices, mix well and marinate for one hour.

Brush both sides of the marinated fish with olive oil and place on a baking sheet lined with foil. The ingredients used for pickling are placed on top. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees for five minutes.

Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes. Remember to take it out and turn it over after ten minutes.

Discard the onions and ginger, serve on a plate.
