Black soy-flavored bitter gourd and pepper
Overview
Tempeh is a commonly used ingredient in Cantonese cuisine to add flavor and freshness. With it, the food will be more colorful. In this dish, I used a brand of garlic tempeh sauce from Yangjiang City, a famous brand in this province. It is already seasoned, it is similar to Laoganma's sauce. It can be cooked or eaten directly. It is very flavorful and versatile!

Prepare ingredients, cut bitter melon and colored pepper into strips, mince garlic
