Taro Ball Bird’s Nest QYou Yixia
Overview
The fresh and refreshing bird's nest is mixed with the soft and chewy taro balls. The taro balls have the sweetness of taro and sweet potato when bitten, but also have the solid elasticity of glutinous rice. Cut sweet potatoes and taro into pieces and steam them over water;

Peel off the skin, sprinkle with white sugar and tapioca flour while hot, and mash;

Knead each into a smooth dough; (remember to add water during the process)

Roll into long strips and cut into small pieces to make taro balls;

Pour in boiling water and cook until it floats, then turn to low heat and cook for another 3 minutes;
