Prepare egg whites.

Beat egg whites with sugar in three batches until dry peaks form.

Add coconut and cornstarch and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees; use your hands to form small balls and place them on the baking tray.

Place the oven on the second level from top to bottom, heat up and down, 180 degrees, for about 20 minutes.

The finished product is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
