Honey red beans
Overview
[Honey Red Beans] Another way to make honey beans. I have made honey beans more than once before, mostly because I didn’t control the heat properly and ended up turning into bean paste. Good honey beans are cooked but not rotten, and the particles are intact. Whether they are cooked in soup or stuffed in bread and toast, they have clear particles and a solid texture. The finished honey beans are too sweet and always feel a bit cloying, so I’d better make them myself. This time I used the steaming method to cook the red beans, which was quite good.
