Because of the bad weather, my dad dug the garlic before it was mature and worried that it would spoil, so part of it was used for soaking and part of it was made into sweet and sour garlic. Sweet and sour garlic is a good companion for family meals. It tastes sour and sweet, and has the effect of relieving greasiness and aiding digestion. Peel off the outer skin of the garlic, wash it, and marinate it with a small amount of salt for one day, stirring occasionally.
