Roasted Pork and Stewed Potatoes

The leftover Cantonese-style roast pork from the second day of the Lunar New Year is great for braised potatoes.

Cantonese style roast pork.

Peel the potatoes.

Cut into pieces and rinse several times.

Chop green onions.

Heat the oil pan and stir-fry the roasted pork to release the oil.

Add potatoes and stir-fry, pour half a bowl of water and bring to a boil.

Add oyster sauce and soy sauce and stir well. (The roasted pork is salty, so use less seasoning.)

Cook until the potatoes are soft, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly.

Great way to kill leftover meat.
