First pour the white jelly into the bowl;

Add sugar and matcha powder and mix well;

Add 200 grams of cold water;

Boil another 800 grams of water;

Bring the water to a boil and reduce the heat to low. Pour the prepared jelly into the boiling water and stir while pouring;

Adjust the heat to medium and continue to cook, stirring while cooking;

Bring to a boil, turn off the heat, and if there is foam on the surface, skim it off with a spoon, pour it into a plate and let it cool;
