Crispy fried golden shrimp
Overview
I came back from the annual meeting today. My father has sent me back to my hometown. I feel a little disappointed. Although I only slept for about 3 hours last night, I am still not sleepy at all! I went downstairs to the vegetable market and bought some food. Even though I was alone, I still bought a lot because I like to photograph vegetables to fill myself when I have nothing to do. I spent half a day in the afternoon taking pictures of three dishes. This fried shrimp is super simple and can be regarded as a Western style food. The shrimps are marinated for a while in advance to get the flavor, then breaded and fried. There is no dipping sauce when eating. Because it is easier to eat after peeling off the shrimp skin, well, it should be very suitable for my little girl! There's only one week left before I can go back to see you!
