Fried Whole Wheat Toast with Scallions and Eggs
Overview
Whole wheat toast made in a bread machine, eat it in different ways. I’ve seen fried steamed buns, but never fried bread. Let’s stir-fry now. How to fry it? I can’t help but think of the battle between the two methods of scrambled eggs with tomatoes and fried rice with eggs. Of the two methods, the simpler one still goes first. Beat the eggs, and when the pan is hot, pour the diced toast into the egg liquid, stir well, and put it into the pan immediately to prevent the diced toast from absorbing the egg liquid and becoming soft. Of course, that will be another taste. Add a little green onion for extra flavor and color, and some black pepper for freshness. The effect seems to be pretty good. Can anyone tell what this is?
