Overview
The spring rolls are stuffed with spinach and egg, shepherd's purse and egg, or with minced meat. This time I changed it and used vegetable salad. Hehe, it's really good. The fragrant vegetable salad and layers of crispy spring roll wrappers are so delicious.

Shred purple cabbage.
