Grate the carrots and tender pumpkin into shreds with a grater, chop into fine pieces, and chop the chives.

Beat the eggs, add a small amount of salt and cooking wine and mix well.

Add an appropriate amount of flour to the eggs and stir into a paste without any lumps.

Add the minced vegetables to the batter.
