Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Cut the beef into small pieces.

Pour 1 liter of water into the pot, put the beef in cold water, bring to a boil over high heat and continue to cook for two minutes, skim off the foam and take out the beef.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, heat it up over high heat, add the tomato cubes, and stir-fry until the tomatoes turn into red soup.
