Peel the banana and cut into small pieces for later use

Mix two eggs and add two teaspoons of flour

Mix thoroughly and set aside (mix until there are no small particles of flour)

Coat the cut bananas evenly in the batter

Coat it with another layer of bread crumbs

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it until it is 70% hot. Then fry the wrapped bananas in the pan

Fry until golden brown, remove and control oil (fry for about three minutes)
