Yogurt and Purple Sweet Potato Ice
Overview
This year’s autumn is so awesome. The continuous high temperature makes people crave ice products. But after all, it is the beginning of autumn. For health reasons, we dare not eat too much ice cream, popsicles and other too cold foods. However, in the hot summer, ice products are the most acceptable. So I changed my method and eat some ice products that are a little bit cold but not too cold, so that I can be healthy and relieve the heat. Today I will use the trial honey I got and add purple sweet potato to make this ice cream that is not very cold.

The purple potatoes are steamed in a basket. I steamed them with the eggplant. Please ignore the eggplant.
