  1. Regarding freshly squeezed fruit juice, I have two methods. This time I will talk about the simple one first. Choose two large tomatoes (about 300g/piece), 10g of white sugar, 10g of water, an appropriate amount of ice cubes (you don’t have to use them if you don’t have them), a juicer and a fruit peeler.

  2. Wash the tomatoes and use a parlor knife to peel them from the bottom (like peeling a pear). Do not cut off the skin, otherwise you cannot roll it up to make cup decorations. Peel all the skin, remove the stems, cut into pieces, and put them all into a juicer to squeeze out pure juice (it should be able to squeeze out 400ml of pure tomato juice). Roll up the peeled tomato skin to make a rose

  3. Use a straw to thread it from the bottom of the flower to the center of the flower. Add 10g of white sugar to 10g of water and put it into a light wave oven. Beat over high heat to form syrup. Pour into the tomato juice and mix well. Then insert the straw into the cup filled with tomato juice and place the flowers leaning against the rim of the cup to make cup decorations.
