Soak the peanuts in water for 30 minutes and bring to a boil. When cooked, remove and set aside.

Chop off the tips of the chicken feet, clean them, and blanch them in boiling water.

Chop the chicken feet into two pieces.

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger.

After the water in the pot is boiled, add chicken feet, green onions and ginger slices and cook.

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat, add peanuts and cook together.

Cook until the chicken feet and peanuts are soft and tender, add red dates and wolfberry and cook.

Before serving, add salt, chicken essence, and pepper to taste, and add some coriander to garnish.
