Oyster sauce tofu
Overview
Tofu is delicious and can be eaten raw or cooked. There are many ways to make it. Today I will make a simple oil-consuming tofu. It saves time and is convenient for me who cooks and takes rice in the morning.

Steps
-
Cut the tofu into small pieces, chop the green onion and set aside (it is best to control the water when buying it, so that the oil will not splash elsewhere when frying)
-
Put oil in the pot and heat it until it is 8 minutes hot (the oil must be heated, otherwise the tofu will stick to the pot when it is cold)
-
Put the tofu into the pan and fry until it is brown, then flip to the other side and fry the tofu until all the tofu is brown
-
Then add salt, green onions and oyster sauce and stir-fry

Picture of the finished product, it can be served after cooling down
