Cut the chicken breast into shreds, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Wash and cut celery into sections.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add some salt and oil, add celery and blanch it, remove and cool the celery in cold water to keep the green color of the celery.
