Cheap delicacies - skin jelly
Overview
Every winter, I always like to go to the market to buy skin jelly to eat. Pig skin is rich in collagen and is a great beauty product. Some time ago, there were two large pieces of pork rinds left in the refrigerator from stuffing sausages at home. I took them out and gave them a try today, and it was a huge success!
