Homemade marinated sauce - braised duck & braised eggs
Overview
I used to buy brine juice from the supermarket, but today I tried making it myself, and it was pretty good too! A lot of additives are missing, so you can eat healthily and happily. It is prepared with stock + stew + spices + dark soy sauce. Duck eggs are used, which are much more fragrant than eggs. I chose a clay pot for the pot, but the one at home cracked, so I had to use a soup pot. When stewing something for the first time, you should braise the meat first, then the eggs and tofu. It's just sweet and delicious. It’s a specialty dish for entertaining guests, and it’s perfect for eating and drinking, haha! Ingredients: 1/4 duck meat, 10 duck eggs, appropriate amount of stock, appropriate amount of stewed pork, a small packet of spices, appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, 6 dried chili peppers, a small gauze bag (you can also use a spice box)
